Going to Arkansas by the way of Arizona This is WAY long!

Our number 4 daughter and her little family moved to Rogers Arkansas in November.  Matt our son in law got a job working at the Corporate Headquarters of Wal-Mart.  On February 18th I set out to go see them.  Here is my story of how I got there.
Scott dropped me off at the Salt Lake City airport at around 5 am.  I was flying standby on Southwest (our Daughter Lisa works for JetBlue and she can get me tickets on other airlines) so off to the gate I went (C-17) not the closest gate to anywhere it is like in the basement of the airport.  I sat there and noticed that there were a lot of people, I asked the gate agent if there were a lot of standbys, she said they are over full and will be asking for people to give up seats, meaning I won't be going any where to soon.  So I just sat there and sat there, in the mean time I had been texting Lisa about loads, she would let me know, she even had me go over to US Airways, but that meant I had to go to the ticket counter and get put onto their standby list, so I went there, went through security again and then to gate A4 which is no where near gate C, they too were over sold and were asking for volunteers.  I had noticed a lot of soccer teams and gymnastic girls, and apparently there were tournaments in Phoenix.  So now it is about 3 pm.  I was starting to get a little nervous, but not to.  I started praying, blocking out people around me and just pleaded with my Heavenly Father to help me.  I had to get to Phoenix, first of all my bag had already gone and I had a flight out to Arkansas at 7:40 the next morning.  Well, come 6:35 Southwest has a flight, so I go over there (I had been sitting at US Airways at this point) they were now delayed, but I still didn't get on, so I knew that US Airways only had 1 more flight left at 8 pm so I went back to gate A4 (I surely got my exercise that day! A bunch of pilots came up and needed to get on the flight of course they trump everyone on standby, so I thought there is no way I will be getting on. They were calling standbys and then stopped, they closed the door and then came out and called my name, the gate agent said if one of the pilots takes the jump seat I would have a seat, so he took me down the jetway and I stood there waiting, he came back and said he didn't take it, so I didn't get on.  I was so upset, but I just went out and texted Scott to come and get me, but then I realized that Southwest was delayed, I text Scott back and said wait I am going to see where I am with Southwest and I would let him know.  Well to make a long story short I got on the flight and ended up in Phoenix around midnight, what a long day.  I wasn't able to see Jennifer's girls so I decided to stay a couple of days on my way back from Arkansas.  So in the morning Jenn took me to the airport just up the street from her (Williams Field) and I went to Arkansas.
