In a Jam!

Well it has been a week since I started this blog. Scott and Brad got back from their 50 mile hike with the scouts in our ward. They went up to Kings peak, the tallest peak in Utah. They had a great time. Scott and Brad bore their testimony in Church on Sunday and had me balling like a baby. I was so glad thattheyhadthistimetogether.
I was released from my calling as Laurel Advisor, I was sad I had only had this calling for about 5 months. Now I am the Communication Specialist in Relief Society (whatever that is) and I am also the ward New Member/New Neighbor move in. So on with the show. Here I come with goodies in hand.
We have been looking at a new freezer the past couple of days, hopefully this weekend we will get one.
Lisa and Amy came over on Tuesday to do strawberry jam with me.
We bought way to many strawberries, I mean way to many. We ended up doing over 100 half pints of jam. They came here at about 10 am and they left about 5 pm. The kids were so good, they helped with Amy's baby Preston, entertaining him. Then they wanted to help with the stirring until Kinzie touched the hot pan with her arm while stirring.
And down she came crying and not letting us put any cold water on it. She did not want to have anything to do with it or us after that.
So Life goes on at the Farnsworth's hope all is well with all of you and please feel free to call or to e-mail us. P.S. Remeber that I am new to this so no wise cracks. The picture thing drives me crazy in how to put them in!

You are doing such a great job Mom. I wish I could have been there. Reading about it made me jealous. Maybe one day I'll get to enjoy doing those things with all of you.

You are so cute. Strawberry Jam is something my sisters and mom love to do...I'm the quiet person in the back hoping that they don't ask me to help:) Maybe one day I will grow into it but I'm not sure. We do miss having you around the office. Thanks for the muffins!

I would have thought with a cast and all, you'd be taking it easy! I guess I was wrong! I would have used it as an excuse NOT to make the jam!!!
